Tokiawase is a scheduling SaaS product operated by ClassAct, Inc.; it is not a separate legal entity or subsidiary. To get started, users create their own Tokiawase account, verify email, connect their own Webex account in integration settings, and authorize Tokiawase. When an event is confirmed with Webex selected, Tokiawase creates the meeting and stores the join URL.

Pricing: Personal entry use is free within Tokiawase plan limits. Team/Enterprise plans are paid or quote-based; for sales or customer care, contact tokiawase-admins@classact.co.jp. Webex subscriptions are billed separately by Cisco or the user's provider; Tokiawase does not resell Webex licenses or charge an App Hub install fee.
